We're looking to hire an experienced professional with residential leasing and managerial experience, specifically in the NYC market. This person will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, and have a strong grasp of the NYC rental market, leasing agent dynamics, and residential marketing. The right candidate will play a key role in supporting and growing a diverse residential portfolio of 3,000 units.

Oversee daily leasing operations including marketing, workflows, and overall portfolio strategy.

Lead a team of 8 leasing agents through regular check-ins, reporting, and performance guidance.

Create and present leasing summaries and monthly competitive reports for the asset management team.

Coordinate property management needs: conduct monthly property walkthroughs, track move-ins, and report issues.

Manage the renewal process in collaboration with leasing administration staff.

Direct marketing initiatives: coordinate unit photography, update listings and websites, and onboard new properties.

Liaise with third-party brokerages to schedule showings, guide pricing, and generate business opportunities.

Review and approve lease applications and agent invoices.

Contribute to special projects including software rollouts and ad-hoc reporting.
