🏢 What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations of a 252-unit luxury condominium high-rise
- Serve as the primary liaison between residents, staff, vendors, and the Board of Directors
- Manage association budgets, financial reporting, and operational performance
- Coordinate and oversee major capital improvement projects and special assessments
- Supervise on-site staff including the Assistant Manager, Finance Manager, Engineer, Maintenance Technicians, and Concierge team
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service providers
- Ensure compliance with governing documents, association policies, and applicable regulations
- Lead resident communications and support a high level of customer service
- Monitor building maintenance, preventative maintenance programs, and amenity operations
- Assist with operational improvements, system implementation, and process standardization

🎒 What It Takes
- 3–5 years of Community Association Management experience
- Experience managing condominium, HOA, or high-rise residential communities
- Strong budgeting, financial reporting, and operational management skills
- Experience working directly with Boards of Directors
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, vendors, and staff members simultaneously
- Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience overseeing capital projects and reserve planning preferred
- Familiarity with association management software platforms such as Enumerate, Vantaca, CINC, or similar systems preferred
- Knowledge of Florida condominium and association regulations preferred
- Organized and highly accountable
