Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Property Manager located in Cincinnati, OH. The Assistant Property Manager will support daily property operations, including tenant communication, lease administration, and maintenance coordination. Responsibilities also include property inspections, rent collection, resolving tenant inquiries, and assisting with financial and administrative tasks related to property management. The role requires effective collaboration with other team members to ensure high-quality service for tenants and property owners.
