Overview
We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-wide ServiceNow solutions. This role will define platform strategy, enforce best practices, and ensure alignment with business and IT objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and SecOps
- Define platform architecture, standards, and governance frameworks
- Lead implementations, enhancements, and platform optimization initiatives
- Oversee integrations with enterprise systems and ensure data integrity (CMDB, APIs, Integration Hub)
- Provide technical leadership, including design and code reviews
- Partner with stakeholders to align ServiceNow capabilities with business needs
Qualifications
- 5 years of ServiceNow experience, including architecture and design
- Strong expertise in ITSM (required) and other modules such as ITOM or CSM
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP), JavaScript, and ServiceNow development
- Solid understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
- Knowledge of ITIL and enterprise architecture principles
Preferred
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CTA)
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and Agile environments
