What are the responsibilities and job description for the Import Production Coordinator - Women's Apparel position at Blue Blush Clothing?
Blue Blush is a fast-growing wholesale fashion company in women’s apparel. We are currently seeking a full-time Import Production Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, detail oriented, and be able to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment with shifting priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing POs, coordinating fit reviews, and fit comments to overseas vendors
- Track production schedules and follow up on delivery status to ensure deadlines are met
- Negotiating prices for development and production
- Liaise with sales and shipping team to ensure accurate and timely receipt of goods
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in apparel production (import experience preferred)
- Familiarity with major retail/customer POs such as Lulus, Windsor, and Fashion Nova
- Bachelor’s degree in a fashion-related field or equivalent work experience required
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proficient in computer systems, including ERP systems
Language
- Bilingual languages English and Korean (Preferred)
