Blue Blush Clothing is a rapidly growing young contemporary women’s apparel company specializing in wholesale fashion. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our dynamic design team. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop seasonal collections from concept to production
- Research and analyze trends, fabrics, and colors to create marketable designs
- Maintain deep knowledge of garment construction, fit, fabrics (woven & knit), including trims
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including domestic and overseas production partners
- Create and maintain mini PO’s, design tech packs, line sheets, and sample development and approvals
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure all designs align with the Blue Blush brand aesthetic and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of fashion design experience in junior or young contemporary apparel
- Proven experience managing design development of Company orders and follow-up with key accounts (e.g., Lulus, Winsor, Altar'd State)
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fitting, and fabric selection
- Knowledge of domestic production processes
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Excellent teamwork, time management, and communication skills
- Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
