KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES FOR SUCCESS
- Strong interest in Human Resources and workplace culture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
BASIC EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Enrolled in classes for the fall of 2026
- All candidates must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident

- Office environment and production environment
- Must work in manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, cold and noise
- Fast paced production area with moving objects and sheet metal
- Occasional periods of standing or sitting for extended periods of time

- Frequent weeks working 40 hours
- Frequent communication with people throughout the day
