Job Overview
At Blue Auto Wash, we believe an awesome car wash experience starts with an awesome team! As a Car Wash Attendant, you’ll be the first face our customers see. From greeting a customer at the XPT to moving in the tunnel to load and prep the next vehicle, every part of the job plays a significant role in creating an amazing customer experience. This is an active, hands-on position where you will be expected to stay alert, multitask, and jump in wherever you are needed.
Responsibilities
- Politely greet customers at the Express Pay Terminals (XPTs) and explain wash services, memberships, and other available options.
- Safely and efficiently load vehicles into the tunnel.
- Be attentive to customers and vehicle flow throughout the property.
- Operate standard car wash equipment according to company procedures.
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable facility.
- Complete daily cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Keep customer and other areas of the facility clean and well maintained.
- Multitask and move between the XPTs, tunnel, parking lot and other areas as needed.
- Work as part of a team to ensure the facility operates safely and efficiently.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time.

- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects when necessary.
- Ability to remain active and move quickly between work areas.
- Ability to safely perform all duties associated with operating in and around a car wash facility.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 45.0 per week
