Essential duties of our CNAs:
- Assist our senior residents in activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, nail care, and other physical day-to-day activities
- Maintain a neat, safe, and orderly room for the residents conducive to their health and wellness
- Observe and immediately report resident reactions and changes in condition as well as take and record vital signs
- Safely lift and reposition residents as necessary
- Respond to patient calls for treatment and support
- Ensure accuracy in documentation and reports relating to the patient’s condition
- Follow all departmental policies and procedures

Requirements from prospective CNAs:
- High school diploma or GED
- 18 years old and above
- Proof of COVID vaccination
- Ability to undergo a background check
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- BLS/First Aid Certification
