What You'll Do
As a Roofing Sales Manager in Training, you'll first learn how to become an elite Project Manager by mastering the fundamentals of sales, customer service, and project execution.
Your responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and generating new business
- Meeting with homeowners following storm damage
- Inspecting roofs and educating homeowners on the restoration process
- Working with insurance adjusters during the claims process
- Managing projects from contract through installation
- Building lasting customer relationships and generating referrals
- Learning Blue Angel's sales systems, project management processes, and leadership philosophy
As you consistently perform at a high level, you'll have opportunities to take on additional leadership responsibilities, mentor newer team members, and advance into senior roles.
