Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Finish Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate has an eye for precision and a proven track record of high-quality work across most finish carpentry skill sets. This is a full time position with no seasonal layoffs and with 10 paid holidays a year.
Key Responsibilities
- Finish Trim: Install high-end baseboards, crown molding, window/door casings, wainscoting, and custom cabinetry trim.
- Tile Installation: Prep surfaces, lay out layouts, and install tile for backsplashes, showers, and flooring with tight, clean grout lines.
- Flooring: Install hardwood, engineered wood, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), and laminate flooring, ensuring seamless transitions between rooms.
- Site Management: Maintain a clean, safe work environment and communicate effectively regarding project progress and material needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1 years of professional experience in finish carpentry, tile setting, and flooring.
- Skills: Strong understanding of wood framing, subfloor preparation, and willing and able to learn quickly.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a reliable, punctual work ethic.
- Logistics: Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
