Role Description
The South East Sales Director will be responsible for managing sales operations, and fostering customer relationships. The role includes developing strategic business opportunities, identifying new markets, and driving revenue growth in the South East region. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of sales initiatives and exceptional customer service. Travel is essential. Candidate should be home based in the South East (NC, SC, GA, FL) for easiest access to client base.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Sales and Sales Operations
- Proven experience in Customer Service and building client relationships
- Proficiency in Team Management and leadership skills to guide and support team members
- Demonstrated expertise in Business Development and identifying growth opportunities
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
- Ability to work in an on-site environment and travel as needed within the South East region
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience in the commercial refrigeration industry not required.
