What are the responsibilities and job description for the Harvester position at Blue Ag Services LLC?
The employer is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to assist with the blueberry harvest. Duties include blueberry hand harvesting and possibly general farm labor. Workers should follow safety and farm instructions. This job will be done under varying outdoor extreme weather conditions such as heat, direct sunlight, cold weather, possible rain, wind, and exposure to pollen. Repetitive physical conditions such as prolonged walking, standing, heavy bending, stooping, reaching and lifting will be involved on a regular basis.
