Role Description:
We are seeking friendly and passionate RBTs who are committed to delivering superb at-home care. Blue ABA is committed to our staff and is searching for RBTs for a long-term working relationship.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Knowledge of and experience implementing evidence-based ABA techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with ASD
