Position Description
BluCurrent is seeking a System and Security Analyst to support Credit Union staff with continual analysis of systems. Assist with the implementation, maintenance, improvements, and daily items related to the Information Security Program. Serve as technical liaison between users, IS staff, and vendors. Oversee help desk related activities for specific client departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the Information Security Program and ensure that proper steps, practices, and procedures are in place and being followed.
- Provide individual support to end users via the phone, in person, or online to answer questions or resolve problems.
- Support the Credit Union’s local area and wide area network hardware and software to ensure back end functions, systems, PCs, servers, and all peripheral products are operational.
- Research and diagnose IT problems within infrastructure; troubleshoot and provide solutions. Test solutions to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain all security camera equipment including DVRs and cameras. Ensure that all security camera systems are up and running every day.
- Install new equipment including any needed wiring and other setup needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science or related field or the equivalent experience required.
- At least one year of experience in Information Systems or related field preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Financial institution experience preferred.
