Sales Application Engineer

Bluco Corporation
Naperville, IL Full Time
POSTED ON 2/18/2026 CLOSED ON 3/13/2026

What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Application Engineer position at Bluco Corporation?

Our Sales Application Engineers are vital to the success and growth of our company. Bluco Corporation is looking for our next Sales Application Engineer who will be responsible for designing fixturing systems based on customer requirements, installing tooling and providing post-sale training and support. While we’re known for the quality and precision of the fixturing solutions we create, we are just as well known for the comprehensive support we provide for our customers. The new Sales Application Engineer will help us do both.

We are looking for individuals with a passion for manufacturing who are technically competent and have the personality to inspire our customers with the proven benefits of modular fixturing solutions. This position is open to candidates with a variety of manufacturing experience, whether through educational background or hands-on experience. We have Sales Engineer roles at various levels, allowing us to match the position to your experience and expertise.

You don’t have to be an expert on modular fixturing on day one. If you’re as motivated and curious as you are mechanically inclined, we’ll share our 30 years of industry experience, teaching you what you need to know to have a successful career with us!
