Job Summary

Schedule and coordinate customer-related activities that require technical service support. Liaise between external customers and multiple Bluberi departments to maintain great Bluberi experience.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Confirm scope of service with customer.
    • Deliveries and installations
    • Conversions
    • Server upgrades and configuration changes
    • Relocations
    • Returns including machines, controlled items and merchandise
    • Machine repair and maintenance
    • Schedule on-site technician if required
    • Any other projects as needed


  • Service Support Bridge
    • Update technicians on status of current and upcoming orders
    • Prepare and provide required details for technicians to support the activity
    • Serve as one of the primary points of contacts for all service support
    • Aid in coordinating licensing priorities with Licensing Department and Service Management
    • Work closely with multiple internal teams including but not limited to sales, product, operations, production, compliance.


  • Detail Oriented
    • Optimize the schedule with a balance of resourcefulness and accommodations for a successful outcome.
    • Review orders in the pipeline and established priority based on customer and Bluberi needs
    • High-level knowledge of regulations to establish targeted delivery installation date of controlled items
    • Compile machines configuration details for new product and new jurisdictions
    • Update database to reflect records that affect multiple departments that aids in the success of Bluberi
    • Scheduling pattern recognition that will help you adjust for upcoming tasks
Qualifications Required

  • 2 year’s gaming experience required
  • Demonstrated knowledge of regulated items
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Able to work as part of a team and independently
  • Keeping a organized calendar and schedule
  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast paced with moving targets while being flexible
  • Problem-solving skills with multiple paths of resolving
  • Build positive relationships through professional and respectful interactions internally and externally

Physical Demands

  • Capable of handling interruptions and shifting priorities
  • Ability to read screens for extended periods of time that will include daily work as well as virtual meetings.

Travel Required: 10% or less

Employment at Bluberi is on an at-will basis unless otherwise stated in a written individual employment agreement signed by Bluberi’s CEO. Immigration Law Compliance

Bluberi is committed to full compliance with the federal immigration laws. These laws require all individuals to complete an employment eligibility verification procedure when hired. All new Team members are required to electronically complete and sign an I-9 form and furnish original documentation for proof of identity and proof of eligibility to work in the United States within (3) business days of their first day of employment. Changes in immigration status must be reported to HR as soon as they occur.

Employment Classification

To determine eligibility for benefits and overtime status and to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, Bluberi uses the following classifications. Employment classifications are based on the guidelines of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and, as circumstances dictate, Bluberi may review or change employment classifications at any time.

Exempt: Exempt Team members are paid on a salary basis and are not eligible to receive overtime pay.

Non-exempt: Non-exempt Team members are paid on an hourly basis and are eligible to receive overtime pay for overtime hours worked.

Regular, full time: Team members who are not in a temporary status and work a minimum of 30 hours weekly and maintain continuous employment status. These Team members are eligible for the full-time benefits package and are subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations of each benefits program.

Regular, part time: Team members who are not in a temporary status and who are regularly scheduled to work less than 30 hours weekly, but at least 20 hours weekly, and who maintain continuous employment status. Part-time Team members are eligible for some of the benefits offered by the company and are subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations of each benefits program.

Temporary, full-time: Individuals who are hired as interim workers to temporarily supplement the workforce or to assist in the completion of a specific project and who are temporarily scheduled to work the company’s full-time schedule for a limited duration. Employment beyond any initial stated period does not imply a change in employment status.

Temporary, part-time: Individuals who are hired as interim workers to temporarily supplement the workforce or to assist in the completion of a specific project and who are temporarily scheduled to work less than 30 hours weekly for a limited duration.
