Duties
Opening and closing pools
- Perform routine cleaning of pools, including skimming debris, brushing surfaces, and vacuuming floors to ensure pristine water quality.
- Conduct regular water testing and adjust chemical levels to maintain optimal pH and sanitizer balance.
- Inspect pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters; perform minor repairs or notify technicians for more complex issues.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to troubleshoot equipment problems and carry out maintenance tasks.
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, chemical treatments, and equipment repairs to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures for pools, including draining or filling as needed.
- Support general maintenance tasks around the pool area to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
Requirements
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience handling pool equipment or related machinery.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during maintenance tasks.
- Prior experience in pool cleaning or maintenance service technician roles is preferred.
- Strong understanding of pool chemistry, water treatment, and chemical handling procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify potential issues early and address them promptly.
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform manual tasks throughout the workday.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
