Schedule: Full time, Mon - Fri *(overtime when required)*
1st shift: 8am - 4pm, shift times may slightly vary depending on location.
$19.50/Hour, *$0.50 increase after completion of training modules*

Day In The Life of a Quality Lead:
- Leading and training quality associates
- Sorting, testing and visual inspection of various types of parts for defects/damages
- Inspecting carbon fiber and other products
- Documenting proper information for customer
- Communicating with supervisor and customer regarding quantities and defects
- Ability to use tablet and send photos
- Ability to work alone or with limited supervision
- Consistent attention to detail
- Fast paced work environment
What We’re Looking For in a Quality Lead:
- Reliable transportation
- Prior experience in a Quality Lead position
- Position does require traveling to other work locations between Kalamazoo and Sturgis when needed (pay for travel & mileage reimbursement).
- Entry-level experience in Quality Inspection (though experience is preferred)
- Hilo experience
- Lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to stand for length of shift
- Must be 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a background check & drug screen
