Licensed clinicians typically earn:
- $100,000 annually (25 weekly clients)
- $124,500 annually (32 weekly clients)
Higher earning potential available based on schedule flexibility.
This is a 1099 contractor role with strong structural and administrative support.
- Ideal Candidates Have Experience In:
- Trauma & PTSD (EMDR, Brainspotting, Somatic modalities)
- Neurodivergent-affirming care
- Child, adolescent, couples, or family therapy
- DBT, CBT, or other evidence-based modalities
- LGBTQIA affirming care

- Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Washington license (LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT)
- Active NPI & CAQH profile
- Personal malpractice insurance
- Comfortable with EHR systems
