A Week at Blu Orchard

Your schedule is yours to design. Most clinicians see between 20-32 clients per week, but you decide what feels sustainable.

Your day might include a mix of in-person and telehealth sessions, with time between clients for notes and breaks. Documentation is streamlined through our EHR, and billing is handled entirely by our team-no claims to submit, no insurance follow-up.

You’ll receive a steady flow of referrals aligned with your specialties, so you can focus on the populations and modalities you enjoy most.

Throughout the week, you have access to peer consultation and optional clinical support, giving you connection without the pressure of agency-style oversight.

There are no productivity quotas or administrative meetings pulling you away from client care-just a structured, supportive environment that lets you practice independently without running a business.

Compensation (1099 Contractor)

Projected contractor earnings based on session volume:

• ~$90,000 annually at 25 sessions per week
• ~$124,500 annually at 32 sessions per week

Higher earning potential available based on availability, scheduling flexibility, and specialty areas.

Ideal Clinical Experience

We are especially interested in clinicians with experience in:

• Trauma & PTSD (EMDR, Brainspotting, somatic approaches)
• Neurodivergent-affirming care
• Children, adolescents, couples, or family therapy
• Evidence-based modalities (DBT, CBT, etc.)
• LGBTQIA affirming care
• Washington Approved Clinical Supervisors

Specialty niches are welcomed and actively supported.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy within your scope of practice
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EHR
• Collaborate with peers and coordinate care as appropriate
• Adhere to all ethical and legal standards

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Washington license (LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT)
• Active NPI and current CAQH profile
• Professional malpractice insurance
• Comfort with EHR systems
• Reliable internet for telehealth services (if applicable)
