Blu Omega is seeking a Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team in Springfield, VA. In this pivotal role, you'll design, build, and maintain innovative cross-platform mobile applications that deliver seamless user experiences. Collaborating closely with designers and backend teams, you'll play a key part in creating high-quality, high-performance mobile solutions that meet client needs and elevate user engagement. Location: Required 3x per week onsite located in Springfield, VA
Clearance Needed: Public Trust; DHS Public Trust clearance strongly preferred and will be prioritized
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Convert UI/UX designs from tools like Figma or Adobe XD into pixel-perfect Flutter code, ensuring app consistency and optimal performance.
- Integrate APIs to enable data fetching, updating, and display within applications.
- Optimize app performance concerning memory, battery life, and load times, while managing platform-specific differences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure delivery of high-quality mobile solutions.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development.
- Proficiency in Dart language and Flutter framework.
- Experience developing iOS mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of API integration and data handling.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Nice to Have Skills (Not Required)
- Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android).
- Familiarity with cloud services and deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Salary Band: $100,000-$130,000
Our final salary offer will be based on several factors, including depth of technical skills, work experience, education, certifications, and clearance
