Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations and educate clients on body contouring services
- Customize treatment plans based on client goals
- Close sales and meet monthly revenue targets
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into booked clients
- Build strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals
- Track client progress and maintain detailed notes
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience
Qualifications:
- Aesthetician License Required
- 1 years of sales experience (medspa, aesthetics, wellness, or similar preferred)
- Proven ability to close sales and hit goals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable discussing pricing, packages, and overcoming objections
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and client results
Compensation & Perks:
