Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waitresses to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidates will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience for our guests by delivering outstanding service and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
- Provide detailed descriptions of menu items, including daily specials, to assist guests in their selections.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and quality standards are met.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Process payments accurately using cash handling procedures.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, with fine dining experience being a plus.
- Familiarity with restaurant management systems such as OpenTable is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Knowledge of food handling practices, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations is essential.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.50 per hour
