Duties

- Respond swiftly and appropriately to security incidents, alarms, or emergencies, including medical situations requiring first aid or CPR
- Enforce access control protocols by verifying identities of visitors, contractors, and employees
- Manage conflict situations with professionalism and calmness, de-escalating disputes when necessary
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies
- Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security records accurately and promptly
Skills
- Proven experience in security operations or law enforcement environments
- Strong surveillance skills with proficiency in CCTV systems management
