Luxury residential property is seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager to join our team in Jersey City, New Jersey! This position assists the General Manager with maximizing the operating performance of the property.Duties & Responsibilities of the Assistant General ManagerAssists with coordination of the team members to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goalsMonitors and enforces compliance with all pertinent company policies, procedures, and standards related to business and operationsMaintains day-to-day operations of the property while emphasizing a professional and friendly atmosphere for all residents and clientsPhysically inspects community when on grounds, resolves issues and reports any service needs to maintenance staffActs as liaison between Community Director, building staff and residents.
