Maintenance/General Cleaner for Parking Lots
Location: Austin, TX
Days: Sunday – Friday (6 Days)
Hours: 6am-12pm
Pay: $15.50 -$16.50 per hour
Position Summary Responsible for performing general cleaning and upkeep of assigned parking lots & garages area within a specific area. Drive a company vehicle to different parking lots. Specific tasks are not guaranteed, therefore, must be flexible in performing assigned duties as outlined below:
Essential Duties Empty, clean all waste receptacles, and remove waste paper and rubbish from the premises to designated area; damp wipe receptacles as necessary. Wipe clean and polish all metal parking equipment and signs. Clean entrances and exits to parking garages and parking lots inside and outside. Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations. Perform other light maintenance duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements.
· Must be authorized to work in US
· Must pass a background check – No Felonies
· Must have a current driver license
· Must be able to perform all physical aspects of the above job duties.
· Previous experience preferred.
