Apprentice & Journeyman Electricians – Northern, CO (NIGHT SHIFT)
Full-Time | Overtime Available | Earn Up to $55/hr | Night Shift Differential
BLS Electrical is actively hiring Apprentice and Journeyman Electricians for a large industrial project in Northern Colorado.
This is a long-term opportunity with round-the-clock hours, per diem pay, and long-term employment.

Pay Range
- Apprentice Electricians: $32–$40/hr
- Journeyman Electricians: Up to $50/hr
- Per Diem Pay

What You’ll Be Doing
- Install electrical systems including conduit, feeders, panels, wiring, and lighting
- Run underground conduit and perform wire pulls
- Read and execute work from blueprints and electrical plans
- Complete clean, code-compliant installations
- Troubleshoot and maintain systems as needed
- Work closely with team members and other trades on site
Requirements
Apprentices (2nd–4th Year)
- Active Colorado Apprentice Electrician License
- At least 2 years of commercial electrical experience
- Experience with conduit bending, wire pulls, and basic installs
- Reliable, safety-focused, and eager to grow
Journeymen
- Active Colorado Journeyman Electrician License
- 4 years of commercial or industrial experience
- Strong skills in layout, conduit, feeders, panels, and lighting
- Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot independently
- Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to the Northern, CO jobsite
- Consistent attendance and strong work ethic
- Commitment to safety on an active jobsite
