About Us:Created in 2025 by a couple of life long friends, Blown Right Insulation is a growing, local insulation business specializing in energy-efficient home solutions by offering loose fill fiberglass/cellulose, batt, and insulation removal services. We pride ourselves in providing transparent quotes and high end service for our customers.Responsibilities:We are looking for an Insulation Supervisor or Insulation Tech that can be fast tracked into a supervisor role.Load/unload trailer specific to each job.Remove old/damaged insulation in preparation for new.Install loose fill fiberglass/cellulose, batt insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and other areas of the home as noted.Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining safety standards.Provide top-notch customer service.Maintain a clean work environment and properly store tools and materials after use.As you evolve into this supervisor role you will keep the crew on task, on time, and ensure project is completed to the highest expectations.Requirements:Own vehicle to commute to and from job siteCustomer driven.Ability to communicate effectively with all crew members including home owner.Proven experience in construction or insulation preferred.Experience managing people.Ability to safely handle power tools (ex. cordless drill, staple gun, circular saw)Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces as required by project scope.Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.Physical ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor for extended periods.Notes:On-the-job trainingWork location - in personThis role will start as part-time and move into full time as the company grows.
