Blown Away Décor is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Event Breakdown & Delivery Assistant to join our growing team on weekends!
We are a luxury balloon styling and event décor company based in Bucks County serving the Philadelphia tri-state area. We create high-end balloon installations, marquee setups, backdrops, and event styling for birthdays, showers, weddings, corporate events, and more.
This position is mainly focused on event breakdowns, transporting décor safely, and assisting with occasional setups.
Responsibilities:
- Break down balloon installs, backdrops, and marquee rentals after events
- Load and unload décor carefully into company vehicles
- Transport marquee letters, backdrops, and event inventory safely
- Follow directions and represent the company professionally on-site
- Handle equipment with care to avoid damages
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and Insurance to drive company vehicle.
- Must be able to lift 50–60 lbs
- Must be dependable, punctual, and responsive
- Weekend availability is required
- Comfortable driving larger vehicles is a plus
- Event industry experience is a bonus but not required
- Must work well in fast-paced environments

- Mostly Friday–Sunday availability
- Flexible hours based on event schedule
- Starting at $25/per hour
- Based in Bucks County, PA with travel throughout the Philadelphia area, NJ, and surrounding suburbs
