Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities: - Greet customers and provide assistance in locating and selecting products - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Assist customers with technical sales inquiries and provide accurate information - Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities - Process sales transactions accurately using cash handling procedures and Point of Sale (POS) systems - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly - Stay knowledgeable about product features, pricing, and promotions - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Qualifications: *Must be at least 21 to apply and sell product*- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating POS systems - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Knowledge of sales is an advantage - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Professional phone etiquette.
Job details: assisting customers, cash register and monetary responsibilities, daily cleaning duties including dusting a deep cleaning, organizing and putting new shipment out weekly.
