If you're dependable, mechanically inclined, and willing to work hard, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and real-world experience needed to help you advance into a Service Plumber position. Advancement is based on performance, initiative, and attitude—not simply time on the job.
What You'll Do
- Assist licensed plumbers with plumbing service, repair, installation, and maintenance
- Learn residential and commercial plumbing systems through hands-on field training
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and plumbing equipment
- Load, organize, and maintain tools, materials, and inventory
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles
- Deliver professional customer service and communicate effectively with customers and teammates
- Follow company safety procedures and quality workmanship standards
- Participate in ongoing technical and professional development
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Mechanically inclined with a desire to learn a skilled trade
- Reliable, punctual, and coachable
- Able to safely lift 75–100 pounds
- Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, in crawl spaces, and in varying weather conditions
- Valid Texas Driver's License with acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record screening
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
No plumbing experience is required. We hire for character, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
