Resident Consultant Responsibilities
- Set up appointments/ answer phone calls.
- Enter information into the property management software.
- Process applications, action letters, welcome letters, lease paperwork, lease files, renewal letters, renewal leases, move – out inspection forms, and violation notices.
- Manage and resolve resident concerns.
- Maintain and ensure that all residents have active renter’s insurance policies.
- High School or GED
- Computer literacy required
- Previous leasing experience a plus
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and customer service mindset
- A valid driver’s license is required
- Extended periods of sitting
- Full-time
- Temp-to-hire
