Work Schedule
Experience & Training
Dental office experience is preferred but NOT required! We are happy to train the right person who demonstrates dependability, professionalism, strong communication skills, and a genuine willingness to learn.
90-Day Performance Evaluation
All new team members will receive an evaluation after their first 90 days of employment. This evaluation will focus on job performance, dependability, progress in learning responsibilities, and overall proficiency in the position.
Compensation may be reviewed based on demonstrated performance and progress.
