Job Summary: The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for most aspects of the accounts payable function, including managing travel & expenses. This is an onsite role in San Diego.Key Responsibilities:Review, code, and process vendor invoices and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.Handle vendor communications with respect to invoices and payments.Ensure compliance with the company’s purchasing and payment policies and applicable regulatory requirements. Assist in month-end closing by providing accounts payable reports and reconciliations.Process travel & expense reports in Concur.Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy.Collaborate with other departments to support company-wide initiatives.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable roles.
