What are the responsibilities and job description for the In Home Caregiver position at Blossom Home Care?
We are a 6-bed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) seeking a compassionate, reliable, and responsible caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities and provide quality care in a safe, home-like environment. The caregiver will support residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs while ensuring compliance with California RCFE regulations.
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs):
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Dressing
- Toileting / Incontinence care
- Mobility and transfers
- Assist with medication (per facility policy)
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and report to administrator
- Assist with meal setup and feeding when needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
Job Types: Part-time, Per diem
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
