Blossom Home Care is seeking reliable, compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHA) and Personal Care Aides (PCA) caregivers to join our team. As a caregiver, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Case Details
· Male aides only (per patient request)
· Patient is a paraplegic male who requires full assistance
· Hoyer lift required for transfers
· Assistance needed with bed bathing, changing, and all daily care
· Clear English communication required
· No pets in the home
· No smoking
· Must be reliable and able to complete onboarding quickly
Responsibilities
· Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
· Prepare meals and ensure dietary needs are met
· Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients
· Assist with mobility and transfers, including the use of lifting equipment
· Maintain a clean and safe environment for patient
Requirements
· Previous experience as an HHA, PCA or similar role is a must
· Basic cooking skills to prepare nutritious meals for patient
