Description for DSP (Direct Support Professional) 3rd Shift (11:00p-7a) WESTLAKE:
You will provide person-centered care in a family-style group home setting to individuals who may have cognitive impairments, chronic illnesses or other disabilities and need assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate has a strong desire to create a positive impact on the individuals lives and enjoy encouraging, mentoring and coaching others to achieve their goals.
Position Requirements for DSP (Direct Support Professional) 3rd Shift (11:00p-7a) WESTLAKE:
- Background check will be completed upon hire
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Proof of auto insurance (Required)

- Positive attitude
Essential Duties & Responsibilities for DSP (Direct Support Professional) 3rd Shift (11:00p-7a) WESTLAKE:
- Assist individuals with daily personal tasks, including toileting, bathing, feeding and dressing
- Assists in household tasks such as washing clothes, washing dishes and tidying
- Encourage engagement in social networks and communities
- Having fun!
