What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at Blossom Coffee?
Job Overview
Looking for somone that can handle pressure, has good customer service skills, and can have conversations with customers. This job is flexible and includes being a barista and being able to operate the gas station register. The barista job includes prepping some ingredients such as syrups and cold foams. cleaning, customer service, making drinks, latte art, general knowledge on coffee and matcha. We would also like a candidate that does not mind making social media content and has some creative skills. Great work will be rewarded.
Be able to speak English and Spanish fluently. Should have barista experience. The hours are typically 8 am-2 pm Wednesday-Sunday
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
