The ABA Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) positions, including BCBAs, RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and other clinical support staff. This role focuses on sourcing qualified candidates, conducting screenings and interviews, and providing onboarding support to ensure a smooth transition into the organization. The ABA Recruiter partners closely with clinical leadership to meet staffing goals while maintaining compliance and quality hiring standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of recruiting experience (healthcare or ABA preferred)
- Knowledge of ABA roles and credentialing requirements (BCBA, RBT)

1. Recruitment & Sourcing
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for ABA clinical and administrative roles
- Post job openings on job boards, social media, and professional networks

- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume roles (e.g., RBTs)
