What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dishwasher position at Blossom and Brie?
We are hiring for dish washer/prep. The dishwasher position does not require much experience but it does require the applicant to stand for long periods of time and be able to lift 50 pounds. The dishwashers are also asked to do prep and random cleaning tasks.
Blossom and Brie is a restaurant in North Fort Myers located on a working livestock farm. We are a from scratch kitchen making our own bread, dressings, desserts. Much of our beef, chicken and pork, eggs, greens come directly from our farm. We are a fast paced kitchen and a successful candidate will need to work quickly, cleanly and be able to handle high stress situations. Must possess good organizational skills. and have knowledge of food sanitation and safety. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time. Must work weekends and holidays that we are open. Schedule may vary from week to week depending on special events, holidays etc.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in menu prep and special event catering as needed.
