Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized, one-to-one ABA services to children with autism. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), follow an individualized treatment plan, collect accurate session data, and help each client build meaningful skills.

What You Will Do
- Deliver direct ABA services in the setting identified for the assigned case, which may include a home, school, clinic, or community setting.
- Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
- Collect accurate data and complete clear, timely session notes.
- Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff.
- Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.
- Follow ethical, clinical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.
- Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain consistent attendance.
- Active Registered Behavior Technician certification through the BACB.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or a related field is helpful.
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to assigned service locations.
- Ability to work the schedule listed in the posting and perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.
