Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Track client progress using data-driven methods and adjust programming accordingly
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain compliance with BACB ethics guidelines and company standards
  
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Active North Carolina licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programming
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in clinic-based and home-based ABA service delivery across multiple sites
• Familiarity with North Carolina communities and local school district collaboration
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
