In this role, you will provide individualized behavioral support services for pediatric clients receiving ABA therapy.
Primary duties include:
- Implementing skill-building and behavior reduction programs
- Following treatment protocols created by supervising BCBAs
- Recording session data and documenting client progress
- Supporting children in developing communication, behavioral, and social skills
- Maintaining professionalism and consistency during therapy sessions
- Traveling to assigned client locations as needed
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Active BACB Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently while following clinical guidance
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Prior ABA or mental health technician experience preferred
