Experienced Carpenter / CNC Woodworker / Millworker
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Carpenter / CNC Woodworker / Millworker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise woodworking and millwork projects using advanced CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machinery, along with traditional carpentry techniques. Your expertise will help bring architectural and custom woodwork designs to life, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from exhibits and tradeshow booths to furniture and custom fabrication, all within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Duties
- Operate CNC woodworking machines to cut, shape, and assemble wood components according to detailed schematics and blueprints
- Perform traditional carpentry tasks such as framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, fixture installation, and siding application
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and installation
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for fabrication, assembly, and finishing processes
- Conduct quality checks on finished products or structures to meet project specifications and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members on site or in manufacturing settings to ensure timely project completion while maintaining safety protocols.
Requirements
- 2 years of carpentry, woodworking, cabinet, millwork, or related shop experience
- Extensive knowledge of CNC machinery operation for woodworking applications
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and shop safety procedures.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to lift 50 lbs
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating effectively with team members and clients.
Preferred qualifications
- Enroute software experience
- Finishing experience is a plus
- Custom fabrication, exhibit, trade show, or event build background
