We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team and help us create exceptional experiences for our customers.
Job Description:
As a Café Team Member at Blooms and Brews, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our café. This is a versatile position where you will have the opportunity to cross-train across multiple stations, including barista, line cook, cashier, food prep, and dishwasher. We are currently hiring 1 full-time barista.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling dishes.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including dishwashing and cleaning duties.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with customers.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or food service setting is a plus, but not required.
* MUST WORK BOTH DAYS OF THE WEEKEND *
Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Willingness to learn and cross-train in various roles.
Dependability and punctuality.

Benefits:
Competitive hourly wage plus tips with opportunities for growth. Pay will start commensurate with experience, and grow from there. Tips average an additional $4-15 per hour.
