Role Overview
Snapcase is Bloomjoy’s AI-powered phone-case vending machine—and you’ll be the owner of its day-to-day success. As the Operations Manager, you’ll keep one machine running at peak performance (uptime, quality, and customer delight), handle light maintenance and restocking, and jump on alerts when they pop. It’s a hands-on, tech-forward role with real autonomy and clear growth as we scale to new sites.

Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly maintenance visits to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Respond to ad hoc service needs including repairs, upgrades, and cleaning.
- Monitor machine health and communicate with Bloomjoy HQ as needed.
- Represent Bloomjoy professionally at each site.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits and machine performance.
