Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bloomington, IN for a Lead Assistant Golf Professional. The role involves managing daily golf operations, assisting with golf events, providing exceptional customer service to members and guests, and promoting recreation and engagement in club activities. Responsibilities include working closely with the team to ensure quality service, supporting retail operations in the pro shop, and assisting in golf instruction and player development programs.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and skills in Golf, including playing, teaching, and managing golf operations
- Experience in Recreation and related activities with proactive involvement in programs
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with members and guests
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and provide leadership where needed
- Previous experience in a club or hospitality environment is advantageous
- PGA/LPGA membership or enrollment in a PGA/LPGA program is preferred
