Role Description
BCA is seeking a full-time, on-site Cosmetology Instructor for its Bloomington, IL location. The Cosmetology Instructor will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in cosmetology practices. Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering instructional content, creating lesson plans, monitoring student progress, and fostering a positive learning environment. Instructors will also ensure compliance with state standards and support students in developing the technical and professional skills needed for career readiness.
Qualifications
- Currently possess or have the ability to attain an IDPH Cosmetology Instructor License
- Currently possess or have the ability to attain an Illinois CTE Teaching License
- Experience in cosmetology instruction is preferred
- Relevant industry experience is preferred
