Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Northbrook, IL, for an Outlet Team Leader at BLOOMINGDALE'S THE OUTLET STORE, INC. The Outlet Team Leader will oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficient visual merchandising, inventory management, and team supervision. This role involves providing excellent customer service, coaching and mentoring team members, and driving sales by fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment. The Outlet Team Leader will also work closely with management to achieve sales goals and operational success for the store.
